Below please find some of the over 1,700 custom homes we have built in the
Greater Peoria area since our founding in 1930. Click on any photo to
enlarge. Each home shows the square footage and price of the home if built
in 2004, and we have also included some floor plans on some of the older homes we have
built. The price includes all of our standard features, as detailed
below, excepting the lot, septics, wells and any special fees that may be
involved in building in certain subdivisions.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we have found it
necessary to remove some of our floor plans from the website due to copyright
issues. These plans are, however, still available in our offices. We
have been very successful in creating floor plans that do not waste space and
are very economical to build. Feel free to call us today at 309-694-2912
and set up an appointment to view any, or all of these plans. Prices
are estimates based on the home only (lot not included); prices may be higher or
lower depending upon homeowner allowance packages and additions or deletions to
the contract (i.e. if homeowner chooses drywall instead of our standard plaster,
a credit will lower the price; if the homeowner decides on Corian or Granite
countertops, the cabinet allowance will be increased, etc.)
