Below please find some of the over 1,700 custom homes we have built in the Greater Peoria area since our founding in 1930.  Click on any photo to enlarge.  Each home shows the square footage and price of the home if built in 2004, and we have also included some floor plans on some of the older homes we have built.  The price includes all of our standard features, as detailed below, excepting the lot, septics, wells and any special fees that may be involved in building in certain subdivisions. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Unfortunately, we have found it necessary to remove some of our floor plans from the website due to copyright issues.  These plans are, however, still available in our offices.  We have been very successful in creating floor plans that do not waste space and are very economical to build.  Feel free to call us today at 309-694-2912 and set up an appointment  to view any, or all of these plans.  Prices are estimates based on the home only (lot not included); prices may be higher or lower depending upon homeowner allowance packages and additions or deletions to the contract (i.e. if homeowner chooses drywall instead of our standard plaster, a credit will lower the price; if the homeowner decides on Corian or Granite countertops, the cabinet allowance will be increased, etc.)

CAPE COD 2,000 Square Feet Choice of master bedroom up or down; plus bonus room, 3-sided fireplace, front porch, 3 or 4 bedrooms.  The large front porch and dormers really add to the appeal of this Cape Cod style home.  The floor plan is very open with an attached living and family room.  The kitchen, nook and family room are also all adjacent in the rear of the home for that nice open feeling.  The plan also includes a formal dining room, which some have opted to use as a study instead.  The master bedroom is very spacious with separate his and her closets, with plenty of closet space in the remainder of the home as well.

SUMMER SPECIAL 2,400 Square Feet One of the most popular plans of 2003 and 2004.  This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3 car garage plan has a terrific first floor open layout, nice size family room and kitchen/nook and also a dining room, cathedral ceiling living room and first floor laundry room.  The second floor boasts a wonderful master bedroom and master bathroom plus walk-in closet.

CRAWFORD BY Design Basics 2,300 Square Feet This plan has been extremely popular lately, which we attribute to the wonderful wrap around front porch,  great curb appeal and wonderful floor plan.  It is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2-car garage beauty.  The first floor includes a  3-sided fireplace between the family room and the large kitchen.  It has both a nook and hearth room.  The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and the master bath has room for a separate water closet, as well as whirlpool bath and double bowl vanity.
